"I've listened to Ax and the Hatchetmen for over 20 years and watched them. Really enjoy their music, but not this time. First, you have to know I'm over 60 years of age, and my hearing is not what it used to be. At this concert, the music was so loud that the words were very distorted, and instead of singing along, I had to struggle to understand which song he was singing. Perfect venue for his wonderful lead guitar player - simply amazing. But I went to this concert to "listen" to Ax and the Hatchetmen. Oh, well. I have all their CDs and listened to them on the way back to my motel. "Pocket of a Clown" was wonderful over my car stereo. Gotta be thumbs down on listening to a concert. Great to watch. (Of course, if I had been drinking, my review might have been different)."
